We moved to the Holm home farm in  2005, and became the owners of Holmdale Farms in the spring of 2007.  Since then we have made some exciting changes to our existing dairy facility. We went from a 1974 rotary parlour to a fantastic, state of the art robotic milking system, in late January of 2008.  As of then we have been able to capitalize on our milk production as well as improve our overall herd health and create a more suitable environment for "happy cows". We have also added a robotic feeding system for our new calves. We removed our old rotary parlour and renovated our existing barn. It is now a bright, well ventilated calf barn.  It can house up to 40 calves,  from newborn to 3 months of age.  With this transition we have been able to create an environment where custom feed and milk- replacer are programmed to the individual needs of each calf.
